The State of California has awarded Noble, on behalf of NASPO ValuePoint , a nationally bid, competitively solicited MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) contract covering 15 different categories. This no-bid contract is available to all State of California agencies, as well as K-12, higher education, and public municipalities and institutions.
